摘  要:目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVIDG19)胸部影像学特点,提高对该病早期诊断,及早指导临床治疗.方法收集50例COVIDG19患者的胸部影像学资料,分析其特征性的影像表现.结果COVIDG19患者胸部多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查,早期通常双肺近胸膜处,多发斑片状或磨玻璃样高密度影;进展期病灶范围增大,数量增多,小叶间隔增厚,纤维化,病灶多呈“铺路石”改变;危重期双肺弥漫多发实变影,呈整个肺叶分布,甚至出现“白肺”.结论MSCT能反映COVIDG19各期影像特征,可以为临床早期诊断和防控提供依据.Ohjective To analyze the chest imaging characteristics of COVID-19,to improve the early diagnosis of the disease,and to guide clinical isolation and treatment in earlier stage.Methods The chest imaging data of 50 COVID-19 patients were collected,and the characteristic imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results ln patients with COVID-19,the MSCT chest scan showed multiple patchy or groundglass high density shadows in the region of both lungs near the pleura commonly in the early stage.In the progressive stage,there were increased scope and number of the focus,thickened interlobular septum,fibrosis,and the appearance of“paving-stone”change of the focus mostly.While in the severe stage,multiple diffuse solid shadows could be detected in both lungs,which were distributed in the whole lung lobes,even with the presence of"white lung".Conclusion MSCT can reflect the imagingfeatures of COVID-19 in different stages,providing potential reference for early diagnosis and prevention.
