摘  要:针对光场相干性测量光场时易受到外界因素干扰,导致光场相干性测量准确度较低等问题,提出双棱镜干涉物理实验中测量光场相干性方法。分析双棱镜干涉物理实验的工作原理,采用双棱镜干涉法测量钠光波长,通过波分阵列法获得相干光,对波长进行测量;通过波分阵列法,获得相干光和清晰干涉条纹;利用复相干函数描述光场横向相干。对复空间相干度进行归一化处理,获得空间相干性信息。借助迈克尔逊干涉仪测量干涉条纹,通过对比条纹对比度,获得时间相干性信息,完成双棱镜干涉物理实验中测量光场相干性。实验结果表明:采用所提方法测量光场相干性的准确度较高,且耗时较短。Because the measurement of light field coherence is easily interfered with by external factors,which leads to the low accuracy of measurement of light field coherence,a method of measuring light field coherence in the experiment of biprism interference physics is proposed. This paper analyses the working principle of the physical experiment of the biprism interference uses the biprism interference method to measure the wavelength of sodium light,obtains the coherent light by the wave division array method,and measures the wavelength;obtains the coherent light and the clear interference fringes by the wave division array method;describes the transverse coherence of the light field by the complex coherence function. The spatial coherence information is obtained by normalising the complex spatial coherence. The Michelson interferometer measures the interference fringes,and the temporal coherence information is obtained by comparing the contrast of fringes. The experimental results show that the proposed method is accurate and time-consuming.
