摘 要:为提高激光选区熔化3D打印质量,研究影响激光选区熔化3D打印质量的工艺参数,并提出优化方法。通过分析工艺参数,获取影响激光选区熔化3D打印成型质量的主要参数:扫描速度、激光功率、层高。依据各工艺参数特点,采用人工神经网络建立三项工艺参数映射关系目标函数,利用参数化有限元分析,获取训练样本训练人工神经网络,采用遗传算法实现扫描速度、激光功率、层高三项工艺参数的组合优化。实验结果表明,该方法优化后的工艺参数加工的成型件,具备尺寸精度高、综合力学性能强及表面精度高的优点,能够显著提高激光选区熔化3D打印成型件的整体质量。In order to improve the quality of laser selective melting 3 D printing,the process parameters that affect the quality of laser selective melting 3 D printing are studied,and the optimisation method is proposed.By analysing the process parameters,the main parameters that affect the quality of 3 D printing are obtained:scanning speed,laser power and layer height.According to the characteristics of each process parameter,three process parameter mapping objective functions are established by using an artificial neural network.The training samples are obtained by using parametric finite element analysis to train the artificial neural network.The combination optimisation of scanning speed,laser power and layer height is realised using a genetic algorithm.The experimental results show that the optimised process parameters have the advantages of high dimensional accuracy,comprehensive solid mechanical properties and high surface accuracy,which can significantly improve the overall quality of 3 D printing parts by selective laser melting.
