摘  要:俄罗斯萨哈林岛东北大陆架V区块,地处亚极地海域。因为年施工窗口非常窄,所以在探井钻井时对作业时效要求非常高。部署在该海域的EV-1井作为一口重点凝析油气探井,在钻探过程中连续发生8次钻具刺漏损坏事故。刺漏事故损失了大量钻井作业时间。做好井下钻具频繁刺漏损坏原因的研究,对于避免相似事件的发生、指导后续钻井作业顺利推进有重要意义与实用价值。为此,在对井下钻具跳钻受力分析的基础上,建立了简易模型并进行了公式推导,得出了在跳钻条件下井下钻具受拉压应力零点位置计算公式,并对EV-1井的钻具刺漏损坏情况进行了验证。验证结果基本符合实际情况,这表明钻头跳钻是引起本井钻杆频繁疲劳刺漏损坏的主要原因,在未来作业中必须对跳钻加以克服以利于钻井作业的顺利开展。Block V on Sakhalin shelf of Russia is in the sub-arctic area.Here exploration wells need highly efficient drilling operations to overcome the narrow time window every year.As a key condensate exploration well EV-1 had suffered washout damage on BHA 8 times continuously in this field.Washout problem has lost a lot of time in this well.It is of great significance and practical value to study the causes of frequent washout damage of downhole drilling tools to avoid the occurrence of similar events and guide the subsequent successful drilling operations.Therefore,a simple model was established and the formula was deduced based on the analysis of the load condition in BHA vibration.The calculation formula of the zero point position of BHA under the condition of the load condition in BHA vibration was obtained,and the leakage damage of BHA in Well EV-1 was verified.The calculated result is acceptable according to well EV-1 practical washout situation.It is clear that BHA vibration is the main reason to drill string fatigue and followed continuously washout in this well.It shows that in this area BHA vibration must be overcame to help drilling operations successfully in future.
