摘 要:鄂西宜昌地区黄陵背斜是四川盆地外获得高产页岩气流的重要地区,该地区构造和地质情况复杂,钻井工程难点多,页岩气勘探开发工作面临很大挑战。根据该地区钻井工程实践,结合地表地下地质情况,总结了该地区钻井工程技术难点,主要有:工程部署难度大,上部碳酸盐岩地层承压能力低、易漏失,上漏下垮、井壁稳定性差,地层研磨性强、可钻性差等。在分析主要原因的基础上,针对性地提出了防漏堵漏技术对策、井身结构优化设计思路、钻头选型和旋转导向技术等建议,并在借鉴成熟地区页岩气钻井经验的基础上,指出下一步应探索适应本地区地质特点的“井工厂”钻井技术、低承压能力地层固井技术、气体钻井技术等,形成适应该地区地质特点的钻井工程技术体系,为后续的勘探开发提供借鉴和指导。The Huangling anticline in Yichang area of western Hubei Province is an important area to obtain high-yield shale gas outside Sichuan Basin.The structure and geology of this area are complex,leading to many challenges for drilling engineering,so the exploration and development of shale gas face great challenges.Therefore,based on the drilling operation practice here,combining with the ground surface and the sub-surface geological condition,the main technical difficulties of drilling engineering in this area are summarized,which mainly include high difficulty of well deployment,low pressure bearing ability of upper carbonate strata,easy lost circulation,the poor stability of the borehole wall caused by upper and lower leakage,the strong abrasiveness of the formation and low ROP.Based on the analysis of the main reasons,some countermeasures for lost circulation prevention and treatment technologies are put forward,such as well bore structure optimization design,bit type selection and the rotary steering technology and so on,and on the basis of using the experience of mature areas of shale gas drilling,such technologies suitable for this area as the well pad drilling technology,the cementing technology suitable for low pressure bearing ability formation and air drilling technology should be studied,to form a drilling engineering technology system adapted to the geological characteristics of this area,providing reference and guidance for further exploration and development.
