摘  要:页岩气井使用油基钻井液钻井过程中通常会产生大量的含油钻屑,如果不能对其进行合理的处理不仅会对环境带来严重的污染,还会造成一定的资源浪费。因此,室内通过大量处理剂的优选及评价,研究出一种适用于页岩气井油基钻屑的新型化学复合清洗液体系,其主要由高效除油剂SCY-6、生物表面活性剂SWS-3和润湿反转剂STJ-2组成,室内对其处理工艺条件进行了优化评价。结果表明,当液固比为3:1,实验温度为30℃,搅拌速度为300 r/min,搅拌时间为30 min时,新型化学复合清洗液对页岩气井油基钻屑的除油效率最高,可以达到95%以上。矿场试验结果表明,3口页岩气井现场油基钻屑使用新型化学复合清洗液处理后,除油率能够达到设计要求,处理后的钻屑各种污染物指标均能满足国家标准的要求,能够实现页岩气井油基钻屑的环保无害化处理。Shale gas wells usually produce a large number of oil-bearing cuttings in the process of drilling with oil-based drilling fluid.If it can't be properly treated,it will not only bring serious environmental pollution,but also cause a certain waste of resources.Therefore,through the optimization and evaluation of a large number of treatment agents in the laboratory,a new chemical composite cleaning fluid system suitable for shale gas well oil-based drilling cuttings is developed,which is mainly composed of high-efficiency oil remover SCY-6,bio-surfactant SWS-3 and wetting reversal agent STJ-2.The treatment process conditions are optimized and evaluated in the laboratory.The results show that when the liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the experimental temperature is 30℃,the stirring speed is 300 r/min,and the stirring time is 30 min,the oil removal efficiency of the new chemical composite cleaning fluid to the oil-based drilling cuttings of shale gas well is the highest,which can reach more than 95%.The field test results show that the oil-based cuttings of three shale gas wells can meet the design requirements after being treated with the new type of chemical composite cleaning fluid,and the various pollutant indexes of the cuttings after treatment can meet the requirements of national standards,which can achieve the environmental friendly and harmless treatment of the oil-based cuttings of shale gas wells.
