浅析污水排放执法监测采样代表性

摘　　要：污水排放执法监测是监督排污单位水污染物排放状况的重要手段。水样采集是整个污水排放执法监测的开始,其基本要求是采集的水样应具有代表性。当排污单位有污水处理设施并正常运行时,可现场即时采样分析。否则,应根据污染源现场实际情况通过合理选择采样方式、采样位置、采样频次进行监测采样。The law enforcement and monitoring of sewage discharge is an important means to supervise the discharge of water pollutants in pollutant discharge units.Water sample collection is the beginning of the whole sewage discharge law enforcement monitoring,and its basic requirement is that the collected water samples should be representative.When the sewage disposal unit has sewage treatment facilities and is in normal operation,the on-site sampling and analysis can be carried out immediately.Otherwise,according to the actual situation of the pollution source site,the sampling method,sampling location and sampling frequency should be selected reasonably.
