再生造纸污水处理恶臭治理简探

摘　　要：本文通过对再生纸污水处理过程中的恶臭进行调查分析,提出具有针对性的治理措施,通过作者基层具体实践,探讨污水处理恶臭治理途径。再生造纸污水中有机物浓度高,处理工艺中废气成份较复杂,通过调查研究,采取密封收集、经碱液喷淋反应和UV光解两道工序处理后通过15 m排气筒排放,能有效解决再生造纸污水处理厂产生的恶臭。Based on the investigation and analysis of the odor in the process of wastewater treatment of recycled paper,this paper puts forward the targeted treatment measures,and discusses the treatment ways of odor in wastewater treatment through the author's grass-roots practice.The concentration of organic matter in recycled papermaking wastewater is high,and the composition of waste gas in the treatment process is complex,mainly including methyl mercaptan.Through investigation and research,sealed collection,alkali spray reaction and UV photolysis are adopted,and then discharged through a 15 m exhaust funnel.It can effectively solve the odor produced by the wastewater treatment plant of recycled papermaking.
