慢性心衰急性加重期应用米力农治疗的临床优势分析

摘　　要：目的分析米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭(心衰)急性加重期的优势。方法100例慢性心衰急性加重期患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,各50例。参照组行常规治疗,实验组在参照组的基础上采用米力农治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后心功能指标、治疗前后血脑尿钠肽含量、满意率。结果实验组的临床总有效率90.00%高于参照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组的左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径小于参照组,左室射血分数高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组血脑尿钠肽含量(1930.25±557.40)ng/L低于参照组的(3120.75±553.35)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总满意率92.00%高于参照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心衰急性加重期采用米力农治疗,临床效果显著,促使患者的心功能指标恢复正常,降低血脑尿钠肽的含量,进而提高治疗效果和满意率,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To analyze the advantages of milrinone therapy in acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group was treated with milrinone based on reference group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indicators and brain natriuretic peptide content before and after treatment,and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate 90.00%of the experimental group was higher than 60.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter of the experimental group were less than those of the reference group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the brain natriuretic peptide content(1930.25±557.40)ng/L of the experimental group was lower than(3120.75±553.35)ng/L of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate 92.00%of the experimental group was higher than 74.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone shows remarkable clinical effect on acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure,which can promote the recovery of cardiac function indicators in patients,reduce the brain natriuretic peptide content,thus improving the treatment effect and satisfaction rate.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
