摘  要:针对某高压直流工程发生多起复合支柱绝缘子击穿的问题,本文通过对故障的特征、原因及现场处置措施进行分析,认为故障主要原因为生产管理不到位,产品质量不良,潮气通过密封不良的法兰工艺孔渗入到绝缘子内部导致绝缘降低,导致绝缘子在运行过程中出现击穿。本文从设计选型、监造、安装、验收、运维、合同法等方面提出了管控措施,以提高复合支柱绝缘子的制造、安装和运维质量,避免类似故障再次发生。Aimed at tackling the multiple breakdown faults of composite pillar insulators in a HVDC project,the characterist ics,causes and field treatment of the faults are analyzed in this paper.It is concluded that the poor product quality,as a result of poor-production management,makes it possible for moisture to penetrate into the insulator through poorly sealed flange process holes,causing the deterioration of insulation and the breakdown of insulators during operation.Control and management measures are proposed in this paper from the aspects of design&selection,manufacturing supervision,installation,acceptance,operation&maintenance and contract law to improve the quality of manufacturing,installation and operation&maintenance of composite post insulators and prevent the recurrence of similar faults.
