面向自贸区需求不确定的库存控制研究

摘　　要：在我国大力建设和发展自贸区以来,越来越多零售商选择落户自贸试验区,而因需求不确定及跨境物流的不确定等因素的影响,零售商也面临着需求不确定导致其库存成本增加的问题,这使得自贸区内的零售商缺乏市场竞争力,进而抑制自贸区的发展,文章通过考虑自贸区背景下零售商需求的不确定性,构建了零售商库存控制模型,最终确定最佳订货量和订货批量,对库存进行控制从而减少库存成本以提高零售商在市场中的竞争力,促进自贸区的发展。Since the construction and development of free trade zone in China,more and more retailers choose to settle in the pilot zone of free trade zone.Due to the uncertain demand and cross-border logistics,retailers are faced with the problem of increasing inventory cost caused by uncertain demand,which makes the retailers in the free trade zone lack of market competitiveness and further inhibits the development of free trade zone,in this paper,considering the uncertainty of retailer's demand under the background of free trade zone,the retailer's inventory control model is constructed,and the optimal order quantity and order quantity are determined to control the inventory,so as to reduce the inventory cost,improve the retailer's competitiveness in the market and promote the development of free trade zone.
