重大公共卫生事件下我国应急物流管理现状及对策分析

摘　　要：应急物流在重大公共卫生事件中起到救灾物资的筹集、储存、运输和分配的保障作用,能够有效降低经济和社会损失、维护社会稳定和保障人民生命和财产安全,是国家应对重大公共卫生事件的重要手段。特别是2020年新冠肺炎疫情早期口罩防护服等医疗物资紧缺、运输困难,更加凸显出应急物流管理的重要性。文章针对重大公共卫生事件下的我国应急物流管理展开讨论,分析了当前我国应急物流的现状和存在的问题,并提出合理的对策建议。Emergency logistics plays an important role in the collection,storage,transportation and distribution of disaster relief materials in major public health events.It can effectively reduce economic and social losses,maintain social stability and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.It is an important means for the country to deal with major public health events.Especially in the early stage of COVID-19 in 2020,pneumonia clothing and other medical supplies were scarce and transportation was difficult.The importance of emergency logistics was highlighted.This paper discusses the emergency logistics in China under major public health events,analyzes the current situation and problems of emergency logistics in China,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
