摘　　要：配送策略是军事物流的关键。基于典型的军事物流基地配送网络,分析军事物流基地、部队、运输工具的相互作用关系,提出运输工具运载容量限制、物流基地储备容量限制等约束条件,构建了军事物流基地配送策略优化模型,并结合算例进行求解,得到了优化的配送方案。结果表明,所建立的模型能够有效提升物资配送效益,为首长决策提供辅助支撑。Distribution strategy is the key of military logistics.Based on the typical distribution network of military logistics base,this paper analyzes the interaction among military logistics base,army and means of transportation,puts forward the constraints such as the carrying capacity limit of means of transportation and the reserve capacity limit of logistics base,constructs the optimization model of distribution strategy of military logistics base,and solves it with an example to obtain the optimized distribution scheme.The results show that the established model can effectively improve the efficiency of material distribution,and provide auxiliary support for the decision-making of the head.
