摘 要:综合传统AISI300系奥氏体不锈钢和高氮奥氏体不锈钢的优缺点,开发一种新型节镍奥氏体不锈钢。为了研究其最优成分和工业试制工艺,通过Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件设计成分、热轧试生产试验钢和微观测试方法分析试验钢。结果表明,新型节镍奥氏体不锈钢最优的成分范围(质量分数)为N0.2%~0.3%、C小于0.1%、Cr 18%~20%、Mn 8%~10%、Ni 1%~2%,Fe余量。在1 240℃等温会析出大量的铁素体,以至于在1 150℃开轧时不能消除,出现裂纹,在改进热轧温度后,控制铁素体含量,得到无裂纹热轧卷。Based on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional AISI300 austenitic stainless steel and high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel,a new type of nickel saving austenitic stainless steel was developed.In order to study its optimum composition and industrial trial production process,the composition was designed by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation software,the hot rolling trial production test steel and the microscopic test method were used to analyze the test steel.The results show that the optimum composition range is N 0.2%-0.3%,C<0.1%,Cr 18%-20%,Mn 8%-10%,Ni 1%-2%.After isothermal at 1 240℃,a large amount of ferrite will be precipitated,so that it can not be eliminated at 1 150℃ and cracks will appear.The holding temperature before rolling is reduced to 1 150℃ and there is no crack in hot rolling.
