摘　　要：目的探讨眼科专科医院门诊药房自动化工作模式与应用价值。方法比较门诊药房自动化工作模式启动前后药房调配速度、差错、人员配备、设备管理。结果门诊药房自动化工作模式启动后优势明显,提高了调配速度,减少发药差错,节约了人力和药品储存空间,也引出新问题,需要药师重视。结论门诊药房自动化实时发药模式可提高处方调配速度,减少已配未取滞留处方数量,缩短患者取药等候时间,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application value of the automatic working mode of outpatient pharmacy in ophthalmology hospital.Methods The dispensing speed,error,staffing and equipment management before and after launching the automatic working mode of outpatient pharmacy were compared.Results The automatic working mode of outpatient pharmacy showed obvious advantages after launching,which improved the speed of dispensing,reduce drug dispensing errors,save personnel and drug storage space.However,it led to new problems requiring attention from pharmacists.Conclusion The automatic real-time dispensing mode in outpatient pharmacy can improve the speed of dispensing,reduce the number of retained dispensed prescriptions,shorten the waiting time for patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
