摘　　要：目的对北京大学第三医院后勤安全风险从识别、评估、控制三个环节进行研究,为医院后勤管理工作提供参考。方法采用情景分析法、模糊综合评价法、调查与专家打分法。结果对医院后勤可能存在的风险进行识别,整理出常见的7类安全风险,分析原因并评估打分,便于医院后勤管理者采取不同的风险防控措施和管控力度。结合医院后勤安全风险管理经验,提出事前、事中、事后的安全风险控制措施,希望对医院后勤管理有所益助。Objective To study the logistics security risk in Peking University Third Hospital from three chains including identification, evaluation and control, so as to provide reference for hospital logistics management. Methods Scenario analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and survey and expert scoring were used. Results Potential risks in hospital logistics were identified and 7 common types of security risks were summarized. The reasons of risks and scores were analyzed to provide reference for hospital logistics managers to take different risk control measures and efforts. Security risk control measures before, during and after the risks were put forward combining the management experiences in the hope of contributing to hospital logistics management.
