摘　　要：目的了解新疆察布查尔县居民弓形虫感染现状并分析影响因素,为制定弓形虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法在察布查尔县多级随机抽取2个村和1个镇的510人,开展血清学检测和描述流行病学调查。结果本次实际调查510人,年龄10~83岁、平均44.5岁,男女性别比为1∶1.2;弓形虫总感染率19.41%,IgG抗体阳性率19.41%(99/510);IgM抗体阳性率1.18%(6/510)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(60岁~,OR=0.51,95%CI:0.284~0.916)、经济收入(1万元以下/年,OR=2.742,95%CI:1.403~5.358)、吃不洁食物(OR=4.614,95%CI:1.951~10.911)、未听说过弓形虫病(OR=3.537,95%CI:1.592~7.858)是弓形虫感染的影响因素。结论察布查尔县家庭年经济收入低于1万元、60岁及以上人群弓形虫感染率较高;应采取针对性措施,加强宣传力度、培养良好的卫生习惯、不吃不洁食物,对预防弓形虫感染有重要作用。objective To understand the current situation of toxoplasma infection in the residents in Chabuchaer Xibe Autonomous county(Charbuchar county), analyze the influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategy of toxoplasmosis. Methods Totally 510 people at two villages of one town were multistage randomly selected in Chabuchar county to carry out serological detection and the descriptive epidemiological survey. Results There were 510 people surveyed actually, with the range of age from 10 to 83 years, and average of 44.5 years. The ratio of the male to the female was 1∶ 1.2. The total infection rate, positive rates of IgG and IgM of toxoplasma infection was19.41%, 19.41%(99/510) and 1.18%(6/510), respectively. The analysis of multivariate Logistic regression showed that the age(60 years-, OR=0.51, 95%CI: 0.284-0.916), economic income(under 10 000 Yuan, OR=2.742, 95%CI: 1.403-5.358),eating unclean food(OR=4.614, 95%CI: 1.951-10.911), and heard of toxoplasmosis or not(OR=3.537, 95%CI: 1.592-7.858)were the influencing factors of toxoplasma infection. Conclusions The infection rate of toxoplasma is high in the people with family income under 10 000 Yuan, 60 years old and elder in Chabuchar county. It plays an important role in the prevention of toxoplasma infection to conduct target measures, strengthen the publicity efforts, cultivate good hygiene habits,and avoid eating unclean food.
