摘  要:目的分析新疆病原微生物样本运输的现状及存在问题,结合样本运输工作实践及现状,总结相关经验。方法调查2019年新疆14个地(州、市)疾病预防控制中心病原微生物菌(毒)种或样本的运输状况,以及2011—2019年全疆开展病原微生物样本运输管理人员的培训效果。结果新疆14个地(州、市)疾病预防控制中心均可开展样本采集和检测工作。2019年各级疾病预防控制中心有病原微生物菌(毒)种或样本运输需求,年运输量16 740份,运输方式为陆路和航空,其中航空运输6 350份、占样本总数的37.9%,10 390份为陆路运输、占62.1%;2011—2019年全疆133人参加病原微生物运输管理培训、培训率为85.0%,克拉玛依市(70.0%)、阿勒泰地区(60.0%)、哈密地区(90.0%)和博尔塔拉蒙古自治州(70.0%)培训率均未达100.0%,2019年和田地区、阿勒泰地区和昌吉回族自治州未参加培训。结论新疆病原微生物样本运输主要为陆路运输,存在运输和管理人员培训不到位的问题;应加强人员培训,建立样品运输、接收和处置规范化的标准操作程序,把生物安全理念和质量管理理念融入到样本运输中,确保实验室和人员安全。Objective To analyze the current situation and existing problems in the transportation of pathogenic microorganism samples in Xinjiang, and put forward the solutions. Methods The transportation of pathogenic microorganism(virus) species or samples from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs) in 14 prefectures(cities)of Xinjiang in 2019, and the management and training of pathogenic microorganism transportation in Xinjiang from 2011 to2019 were investigated. The relevant experiences were summarized by combining with the practice and current situation of samples transportation. Results All 14 prefectural(municipal) CDCs could carry out sample collection and detection in Xinjiang. They had demands for transportation of pathogenic microorganism(virus) species or samples in 2019. The amount of annual transportation was 16 740 samples by way of land route and aviation, including 6 350 samples by aviation,accounting for 37.9%;10 390 samples by land route, occupying 62.1%. There were 133 persons attended the training of transportation and management of pathogenic microorganisms in Xinjiang from 2011 to 2019, with the training rate of 85.0%.The training rate didn’t reach 100% in Karamay city(70.0%) and Altay prefecture(60.0%) in 2017, Hami(90.0%) and Bortala prefecture(70.0%) in 2019. Hotan, Altay and Changji prefectures failed to attend the training in 2019. Conclusions The transportation of pathogenic microorganism samples are mainly by way of land route in Xinjiang, and there is problem in the training of transportation and management. The personnel training should be strengthened, and the standard operating procedure for normalized sample transportation, reception and disposition should be established. The concept of biosafety and quality management must be integrated into the sample transportation to ensure the laboratory safety.
