摘　　要：通过查阅并综述分析相关文献,了解HIV-1长期不进展者(long term nonprogressors, LTNPs)及HIV-1患者接受抗病毒治疗后免疫学研究现状。目前公认在HIV感染后先天性和适应性免疫均发挥重要作用,自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞发挥了重要作用,其不同表型分布及功能发生了改变,但HIV-1感染期间调节性T(regulatory T, Treg)细胞的作用存在一些矛盾。LTNPs是研究艾滋病功能性治愈的重要途径之一,其相关免疫学研究较少,且尚未见有报道研究LTNP长期结果的复杂性。因此有必要综合整理分析关于HIV-1及LTNPs相关免疫学研究,以探寻LTNPs与人体感染抗逆转录病毒治疗(antiretroviral therapy,ART)之间在免疫方面的相互影响。To understand the current situation of immunological research in HIV-1 long-term nonprogressors(LTNPs) and HIV-1 patients after antiviral treatment by review and analysis of the relevant references. At present, it is generally believed that both congenital and adaptive immunity play an important role after HIV infection. Natural killer(NK) cells play an important role, and their different phenotypic distribution and function have changed, but there are some contradictions in the role of regulatory T(Treg) cells during HIV-1 infection. LTNPs is one of the important ways to study the functional cure of AIDS. However, there are few immunological studies, and no study on the complexity of the long-term results of LTNP.Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively collate and analyze the immunological studies on HIV-1 and LTNPs in order to explore the interplay between LTNPs and antiretroviral therapy(ART) in the immunity.
