针灸联合rhG-CSF治疗乳腺癌术后化疗粒细胞减少症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺足三里、三阴交联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少症的疗效。方法选取2018年6月~2020年6月收治的93例乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中45例给予rhG-CSF治疗作为对照组,余48例给予针刺足三里、三阴交联合rhG-CSF治疗作为观察组,对比两组患者临床疗效,白细胞、中性粒细胞数量增减及放化疗术后不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后临床有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(64.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合rhG-CSF治疗乳腺癌术后化疗粒细胞减少症的疗效确切,可有效提升白细胞数量。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)in the treatment of chemotherapyinduced leukopenia after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 93 patients with chemotherapy-induced leukopenia after breast cancer surgery admitted from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the studying subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 45 cases were treated with rhG-CSF,and the remaining 48 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)combined with rhG-CSF.The clinical efficacy,the number of leukocytes and neutrophils,and the incidence of postoperative chemotherapy-induced adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(64.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the white blood cell count and neutrophil granulocyte count of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rhG-CSF has a significant effect on chemotherapy-induced leukopenia after breast cancer surgery,and can effectively increase the number of leukocytes.
