摘　　要：高血压作为常见心血管疾病,病情长期发展可能影响动脉血管生理功能,损伤心、肾等重要脏器,并可导致颈动脉硬化,引发脑卒中、冠心病等心脑血管疾病,使患者预后不良的发生风险升高,故应尽早明确高血压患者颈动脉病变情况,以指导早期干预。颈部血管超声(CVUS)是目前脑血管疾病的重要检查手段,主要通过观察颈动脉内膜厚度、血流动力学等评估颈动脉病变情况,指导临床干预。CVUS对颈动脉病变有一定诊断价值,未来可能用于高血压的检查,以为了解疾病进展情况、改善患者预后提供新方案。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease,the long-term development of which may affect the physiological function of the arteries,damage the heart,kidney and other important organs,and can lead to carotid atherosclerosis,stroke,coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,with increasing risk of poor prognosis of the patients. Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the carotid artery lesions of patients with hypertension as soon as possible to guide early intervention. Cervical vascular ultrasound( CVUS) is an important examination method for cerebrovascular diseases,to asses the carotid artery lesions and guide clinical intervention mainly through the observation of carotid intima-media thickness,hemodynamics,etc. CVUS has a certain diagnostic value for carotid artery disease,and may be used in the examination of hypertension in the future to provide a new scheme for understanding the progress of the disease and improving the prognosis of the patients.
