摘  要:近红外光谱(NIRS)是一种无创、便捷的技术,能够连续测量人体组织微循环血流动力学变化。NIRS具有无辐射、无损害的特点,适用于一些急危重症患者的诊断和监测,如休克、心搏骤停、机械通气以及应用体外膜肺氧合治疗的患者,另外对于不能耐受辐射性检查的孕妇、依从性差的婴幼儿也具有良好的适用性。NIRS不仅可监测患者局部组织血氧饱和度和脑氧饱和度的变化,还能早期发现传统检查难以监测到的组织氧含量变化。NIRS是临床医师对危重患者疾病诊断的又一手段,在危重症患者的诊断及指导治疗方面具有重要价值。Near infrared spectroscopy( NIRS) is a noninvasive and convenient technique for continuously measuring hemodynamic changes in human tissue microcirculation. NIRS has the characteristics of no radiation and no damage,especially suitable for the diagnosis and monitoring of patients with acute and critical illnesses,such as shock,respiratory and cardiac arrest,conditions needing mechanical ventilation and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment,as well as pregnant women who cannot endure radiation examination,infants and young children with poor compliance. NIRS can not only monitor the changes of local tissue oxygen saturation and brain oxygen saturation in the patients,but also detect the changes of tissue oxygen content at an early stage which are difficult to be detected by traditional examinations. NIRS is another means for clinicians to diagnose the diseases of critically ill patients,and it is playing an important role in the diagnosis and treatment guidance.
