摘 要:为对老化SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene)改性沥青混合料进行再生,完善旧料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)再生工艺、实现变废为宝,选取4种再生方式进行对比研究。通过沥青混合料车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验比较不同再生方式对再生料路用性能的影响,进而确定4种再生方式下RAP的最大掺量。试验结果表明:不同再生方式制备的再生混合料随着RAP掺量的增加,路用性能变化趋势差异较大,其中方式Ⅳ对再生料的低温性能最有利,方式Ⅲ对再生料的水稳性能最有利;4种再生方式的RAP最大掺量依次为:39.5%、36.4%、43.7%、43.8%。In order to regenerate the aged styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) modified asphalt mixture, improve the regeneration process of the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP), and realize the transformation of waste into treasure, four kinds of regeneration methods were selected and compared in this paper. The rutting test, beam bending test and freeze-thaw split test of asphalt mixture were used to compare the influence of different ways on the pavement performance of the recycling mixture, and then the maximum contents of the RAP under the four regeneration ways were determined. The results show that with the increase of dosage of RAP, the variation trend of pavement performance is obvious for the recycling mixture prepared by different regeneration ways.Moreover, Way Ⅳ is the most favorable to the low temperature performance and Way Ⅲ is the best for water stability performance of recycling mixture. The maximum RAP contents of the four regeneration methods are39.5%, 36.4%, 43.7% and 43.8%, respectively.
