摘  要:针对复杂工况下不稳定发热时多场耦合法计算电机全域温度场中关键参数问题,以封闭式结构自冷式异步电机为研究对象,建立二维电磁场-温度场耦合场求解模型计算电机全域暂态温度场。针对模型中热关键参数的等效问题,通过等效外壳表面散热系数处理外壳端部的散热,通过等效定转子对流系数处理定转子端部的散热。针对二维模型端盖的等效问题,通过修正热源的方法等效处理电机端盖的散热。搭建实验平台对电机进行温度场实验,通过对定子绕组、转子、外壳和筋板等部位仿真和实验结果的对比分析,验证热关键参数等效、修正热源等效处理端盖散热方法的正确性,以及多场耦合求解方法的合理性。To solve the calculation problem of the key parameters in the global temperature field of motor based on multi-field coupling method under complicated conditions with unstable heating, a two-dimensional electromagnetic field-temperature field coupling model is established to calculate the motor global transient temperature field, taking a closed structure self-cooled asynchronous motor as study object. To solve the equivalence of the thermal key parameters in the model, the heat dissipation at the end of the shell is treated by the equivalent heat dissipation coefficient of the shell surface, and the heat dissipations at the end of the stator and rotor are treated by the equivalent convection coefficients of the stator and rotor. The equivalent problem of the end cover of the two-dimensional model is solved by modifying the heat source to deal with the heat dissipation of the motor cover. The experimental platform is built to carry out the temperature field experiment of motor, the simulation and experimental results of stator winding, rotor, shell and stiffened plate are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of equivalence of the thermal key parameters, the heat source equivalent treatment method, and the rationality of the calculation method of the multi-field coupling method.
