摘　　要：运用创新综合指数和全球创新指数分析研究中国与中东欧国家科技创新能力,利用大量数据分析中国-中东欧各国科技投入与产出状况。通过比较探寻中国-中东欧国家科技发展的水平,为科技合作的开展提供依据,并提出加强中国-中东欧国家科技合作的具体建议,为进一步推动区域科技合作,实现"一带一路"共同发展目标提供理论指导。This paper uses the Innovation Composite Index and the Global Innovation Index to analyze and study the scientific and technological innovation capacity of China and CEE countries. The paper uses a large amount of data to analyze the input and output of science and technology between China and CEE countries. The comparative study on the technological development between China andCEE countries provides the basis for carrying out the science and technology cooperation.And the paper puts forward specific suggestions on strengthening technological cooperation between China and CEE countries, in order to further promote regional scientific and technological cooperation, and provide theoretical guidance for achieving common development goals of the "Belt and Road " Area.
