摘　　要：通过梳理总结与挖掘分析全球知名智库发布的区块链技术研判报告,从当前的技术应用、战略价值及发展趋势预判对区块链技术进行多维度研究;基于知名智库的研判结论以及区块链技术的冲击影响探索,结合广东省的实际,提出提高区块链应用认知水平、加强核心技术攻关、促进多技术融合、探索颠覆性商业模式与创新监管机制等发展及监管区块链的建议。This paper summarizes and analyses the research reports on block chain technology published by the world-famous think tanks,and carries out the multi-dimension research on the block chain technology,including the current technology application, strategic value and development trend prediction.Based on theresearch conclusions of the world-famous think tanks and the impact of block chain technology,combined with the actual situation of Guangdong Province, it puts forward suggestions on the development and supervision of block chain,such as improving the cognitive level of block chain application, strengthening core technology research,promoting multi technology integration, exploring disruptive business model, innovating supervision mechanism, and so on.
