摘　　要：突发公共事件发生后,所引发的网络谣言会给整个社会带来难以预料的危害。新冠肺炎疫情在我国范围内引发的一系列谣言事件正深刻影响着谣言治理的思路。地震是群灾之首,地震谣言是长期需要面对的治理难题。本文通过分析新冠疫情谣言与地震谣言内涵、特点和共同点,结合新冠肺炎疫情谣言治理的成功经验,探讨地震谣言如何实现良性治理。Internet rumors brought by public emergencies will lead to unexpected harmful results to the whole society.A series of rumors related to COVID-19 within China are profoundly affecting the thinking of rumor control.As earthquake is the first of all disasters,earthquake rumor is a long-term governance problem for us to face.By analyzing the connotation,characteristics and common ground of COVID-19 rumor and earthquake rumor,and based on the successful experience of COVID-19 rumor response,this paper discusses how to realize the benign governance of earthquake rumor.
