摘  要:为了满足绿色包装需求、提高纸包装材料的绿色环保性及阻隔性能,本研究使用高碘酸钠对纳米纤维素(CNF)进行氧化改性,制备氧化纳米纤维素(OCNF),将OCNF与壳聚糖(CTS)进行复配制备OCNF/CTS复合施胶剂,然后在食品包装原纸上进行表面施胶涂布,测试纸张的抗油脂性能和水蒸气阻隔性能,最后利用喷墨打印和静电印刷对纸张进行数码印刷适性评价。结果表明:OCNF/CTS施胶剂在表面涂布过程中,OCNF和CTS之间发生了一定的交联反应。在相同的涂布量下,随着OCNF含量增加,涂布纸的水蒸气阻隔性能出现先减少后增大。当OCNF含量为0.5%(质量分数)时,抗油脂指数能达到12,水蒸气阻隔性能、抗油脂性能最佳。对OCNF/CTS涂布纸进行数码印刷打样,其在喷墨印刷中具有更大的色域和阶调再现性能,能满足数码印刷打样基本需求。研究表明,OCNF/CTS涂布纸在个性化包装材料、标签领域具有广阔应用前景。To meet the needs of green packaging,improve the green environmental performance and barrier properties of the packaging paper materials,the oxidized nano-cellulose fibrils(OCNF)was prepared from the oxidation of nano-cellulose fibrils by sodium periodate.A kind of complex sizing agent was obtained through complexes of OCNF and chitosan(CTS).The fat resistance properties and water vapor barrier properties of food packaging base paper coated by the complex sizing agent of OCNF/CTS were measured.The digital printability of the coated paper was evaluated by ink jet printing and electrostatic digital printing.The results indicated while the base paper is coated by the complex sizing agent of OCNF/CTS,a certain cross-linking reaction is obtained between OCNF and CTS.With the same coating weight,the water vapor barrier properties of the coated paper firstly decreases and then increases with OCNF content increases.When the concentration of OCNF in complex sizing agent was 0.5wt%,the optimum fat resistance properties and water vapor barrier properties were obtained.The resistance index could reach 12.When the digital printability of the coated paper by the complex sizing agent of OCNF/CTS is evaluated,ink jet printing has the better performance on gamut and tone reproduction.It can meet the basic needs of digital printing proofing.The coated paper coated by complex sizing agent of OCNF/CTS has broad application prospects in the field of personalized packaging materials and labels.
