资源短缺情境下的核心企业商业生态系统治理研究——基于资源协奏视角

摘　　要：与利益相关者共享资源是核心企业成功治理商业生态系统的关键。当核心企业遇到资源短缺情境时,对核心企业的系统治理就会提出严峻的挑战。然而,已有研究并没有细分出核心企业的资源充足和资源短缺两种情境,为此本研究针对资源短缺情境,进一步研究在核心企业资源短缺情境下应该如何治理商业生态系统。通过对韩都衣舍商业生态系统的案例研究表明,核心企业需要采用两个阶段动态框架“治理战略—资源协奏—治理能力”进行资源短缺情境下的商业生态系统治理:第一阶段采用“反应型”适应战略—获取—数量柔性能力;第二阶段采用“变革型”适应战略—再配置—功能柔性能力。本研究不仅在理论上细化了核心企业商业生态系统治理的资源情境,并构建了两个阶段动态治理框架,同时还能为核心企业应对资源短缺的挑战提供理论和实践参考。Sharing resources with stakeholders is the key for keystones to successfully govern their business ecosystems.When keystones suffer a shortage of resources,they would encounter a severe challenge in the business ecosystem governance.However,the existing researches do not distinguish between the conditions of resource sufficiency and resource shortage of keystones.Therefore,this research focuses on the condition of resource shortage and further studies how keystones should govern the business ecosystem under the condition of resource shortage.The case study of Handu business ecosystem shows that keystones need to adopt a two-stage dynamic framework of“Strategy-Resources Orchestration-Capability”for business ecosystem governance under the condition of resource shortage.The first stage adopts a reactive adaptation strategy—acquire—numerical flexibility capability,and the second stage adopts a transformational adaptation strategy—redeploy—functional flexibility.This research not only refines the resource condition of business ecosystem governance of keystones theoretically,and constructs a two-stage dynamic governance framework,but also provides theoretical and practical references for keystones to deal with the challenge of resource shortage.
