摘  要:在全球化的社会变革环境下,组织转型已成趋势,一些非营利组织为了实现组织的可持续运行,选择转型为兼具经济与社会价值的社会企业。本文以浙江绿康医养集团从创建民间非营利组织到转型社会企业的过程为例,尝试构建“逻辑冲突-行为策略-资源识取”的逻辑链条,以揭示非营利组织转型为社会企业过程中政府、公益和市场三种不同制度逻辑在特定时空场域中的冲突与融合以及组织的战略回应。本研究有助于丰富和发展社会创业领域以及多重制度逻辑研究的相关理论,并对非营利组织转型为社会企业过程中如何根据自身的发展阶段对逻辑冲突做出适合的战略回应、有针对性地识取创业资源提供重要的实践参考。In the context of global social changes,organizational transformation has become a trend.In order to realize the sustainable operation of organizations,some non-profit organizations choose to transform into social enterprises with both economic and social values.This paper takes the process of Zhejiang Lvkang Medical Group from its establishment as a non-profit organization to its transformation to a social enterprise as an example,trying to construct the logical chain of“logical conflict-behavior strategy-resource acquisition”,in order to reveal the conflict and integration of three different institutional logics of the government,public welfare and market in the specific space-time field and the strategic response of the organization.The research can enrich and develop the relevant theories in the field of social entrepreneurship and the research of multiple institutional logics,and can provide an important practical reference for how to make appropriate strategic responses to logical conflicts according to their own development stages and identify entrepreneurial resources in the process of the transformation of non-profit organizations into social enterprises.
