摘 要:研究高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶VCR617在缺气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶中的应用。结果表明:高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶VCR617代替钕系顺丁橡胶(NdBR)具有较好的补强增硬效果,胶料硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度提高,生热降低,抗湿滑性能较好;高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶VCR617作为胎侧支撑胶主体材料试制的成品轮胎零气压耐久性能提高9%,成品轮胎室内性能测试结果均满足国家标准要求,且优于采用NdBR的轮胎。The application of high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 in the sidewall support compound of run-flat tire was studied.The results showed that the high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 had better reinforcing and hardening effect than neodymium based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(NdBR).The hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of the compound were improved by using VCR617 to replace NdBR,the heat build-up was reduced,and wet skid resistance was better. The zero pressure durability of the finished tire with high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 as the main material of sidewall support compound could be increased by 9%.The indoor performance test results of the finished tire with high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 met the requirements of the national standard,and were better than the finished tire with NdBR.
