摘 要:新型甲型H1N1流感(novel pandemic H1N1 influenza A,H1N1pdm)于2009年出现,逐步取代原季节性H1N1流感;该毒株与H3N2和B型流感共同存在于流行季节。人类罹患流感耗减巨大社会医疗资源,同时给全球公共卫生带来巨大挑战。10年来H1N1pdm的基因分子持续进化,本文介绍了H1N1pdm流行情况、毒株致病性、宿主适应性、生物学性状、复制感染能力、传播力、敏感药物和有效疫苗,旨在提高人们对流感等新发传染病病原体变异引起再次大流行的警惕,为临床和公共卫生防控提供参考。Novel pandemic H1N1 influenza A(H1N1pdm)emerged in 2009,gradually replacing the seasonal H1N1 influenza,and co-existing with H3N2 and B influenza in the epidemic seasons.Human suffering from influenza consumes considerable social medical resources and poses a great challenge to global public health.With the continuous evolution of H1N1pdm genetic molecules for more than ten years,we briefly summarized the H1N1pdm epidemic,viral pathogenicity,host adaptability,biological features,ability to replicate infection,transmission power,sensitive drugs and effective vaccines.Understanding H1N1pdm epidemic,and evolution,was be conducive to raising people’s vigilance against the pandemic caused by pathogen variations of novel infectious diseases such as influenza,and to providing a reference for clinical and public health prevention and control.
