康复训练联合中药干预对有机磷中毒后迟发性周围神经病的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复训练联合中药干预对有机磷中毒后迟发性周围神经病(OPIDP)患者的日常生活活动(ADL)能力、神经功能缺损和运动功能的影响。方法选取我院2009年1月至2019年12月收治的64例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和治疗组,每组32例。两组患者均常规药物治疗和康复训练,治疗组在此基础上加中药治疗。于治疗前24h及治疗4w后对两组患者采用简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、神经功能缺损程度量表(NDS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分进行评定。结果治疗4w后,两组患者的FMA、NDS、BI评分较治疗前有明显的改善(P<0.05),发现治疗组FMA[(81.75±6.28)vs(68.20±8.39)]、NDS[(7.68±6.58)vs(16.20±7.39)]、BI[(78.68±20.32)vs(59.58±14.90)]评分改善幅度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合中药治疗OPIDP疗效显著,促进OPIDP患者运动功能和神经功能的康复,提高ADL能力。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine intervention to the organophosphorus induced delayed perineuropathy(OPIDP)and the impact on the motor function、activities of daily living(ADL)ability and neurological function impairment.Methods 64cases were divided into control group(n=32)randomly and treated with conventional western medicine method and rehabilitation training treatment;Treatment group(n=32)were added to traditional Chinese medicine based on control group treatment.Then did the assessment of Revised FMA、NDS and BI respectively 24 hours before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results 4 weeks after treatment,the FMA,NDS and BI scores were significantly higeher in treatment group than in control group at weeks 4 after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant effect on rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine intervention to the OPIDP,promoting the rehabilitation of neurological function and improving the ADL performance simultaneously.
