临床护理路径对高龄纤维支气管镜检查患者焦虑情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径对高龄纤维支气管镜检查患者焦虑情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年9月所收治70例接受纤维支气管镜检查的高龄病患为受试者,盲抽法分为对照组与干预组,各35例,干预组予以临床护理路径护理,对照组接受常规护理。观察并统计分析两组患者护理前后的焦虑情绪及护理满意度。结果干预组护理后护理满意度以及SAS指标均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效提高高龄纤维支气管镜检查患者的护理满意度,明显降低其焦虑情绪,值得临床上应用。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients who received fiberoptic bronchoscopy from September 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into the research group and the reference group by the random number table method.A total of 35 cases were given routine care,and a total of 35 cases in the study group were given clinical nursing path care.The statistical analysis was used to analyze the anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results The difference in SAS scores between the two groups of patients before nursing was not significant(P>0.05).The SAS scores of the patients in the study group after nursing were significantly lower than the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and significantly reduce their anxiety,which is worthy of clinical application.
