摘　　要：目的研究一体化全期护理应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中所取得的护理效果。方法2019年7月至2020年6月接受悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗的OSAHS患者80例为研究样本,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例,对照组按OSAHS悬雍垂腭咽成形术护理常规施护,试验组接受一体化全期护理干预,对2组干预后的焦虑抑郁评分、临睡及晨起血压值、QSQ评分进行比较。结果试验OSAHS悬雍垂腭咽成形术者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分,临睡及晨起舒张压、收缩压显著低于对照组,QSQ评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用一体化全期护理对OSAHS手术患者施加干预,可显著改善该类病例的焦虑抑郁心绪与血压情况,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of integrated full-term nursing in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with OSAHS who were treated by uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled in thesatusy,who were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,thepatients in experimental group were treated by integrated full-term nursing.After intervention,the anxiety depression score,the pressure values before going to sleep and in the morning,as well as QSQ score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the scores of anxiety and depression,the pressure values before going to sleep and in the morning,as well as QSQ scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the QSQ scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated full-term nursing in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome for the patients with OSAHS can significantly improve the anxiety and depression emotions,improve blood pressure and life quality of patients.
