标准化器械传递在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的护理配合研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化器械传递在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的护理配合效果,为临床护理提供依据。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年7月于安徽省亳州市人民医院行腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者78例作为研究对象。按照护理配合方法不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理配合,观察组给予标准化器械传递护理配合。比较2组患者手术过程中护士清洗手术器械、整理手术台、器械滑落及传递器械次数情况,比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及手术医生满意度情况。结果观察组患者手术过程中护士清洗手术器械次数、整理手术台次数、器械滑落次数及传递器械次数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后手术医生满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化器械传递护理配合在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者中应用效果显著,可减少手术过程中护士辅助使用手术器械次数,缩短手术时间,促进患者恢复,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation effects of standardized instrument delivery in laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 78 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study.According to different nursing methods,who were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing cooperation,however,the patients in observation group were treated by standardized instrument delivery nursing cooperation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,time to first bed,hospitalization time,surgical satisfaction degree as well as the frequency of cleaning the surgical instruments,sorting the operating table,and the instruments slipped and passing the instruments during surgery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The number of times of cleaning the surgical instruments,sorting the operating table,and the instruments slipped and passing the instruments during surgery in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume in observation group was significantly less than that in control group,moreover,the operation time,the first time of getting out of bed activity and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the satisfaction rate of the operating doctors in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized instrument delivery nursing cooperation in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients has significant effects,which can reduce the number of times of auxiliary use of surgical instruments during surgery by nurses,shorten the operation time,promote the recovery and improve the prognosis of patients.
