基于冰山理论的个性化护理在重度痤疮患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究基于冰山理论的个性化护理对重度痤疮患者的应用效果。方法回顾分析2018年1~12月(对照组,n=68),2019年1~12月(对照组,n=70)完成治疗及随访的重度痤疮患者资料,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于冰山理论的个性化护理比较2组痤疮消退时间;于干预前、干预2个月,评估2组心理状况[采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估]、生活质量[采用皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)评估];比较不良事件发生情况。结果观察组痤疮消退时间较对照组短(P<0.05);干预2个月,观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,且DLQI评分较对照组高(P<0.05);2组不良事件比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于冰山理论的个性化护理应用在重度痤疮患者中,利于缩短患者痤疮消退时间,缓解患者抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪,可提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effects of individuation nursing based on iceberg theory for patients with severe acne.Methods The clinical data about 68 patients with severe acne who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,who were divided into control group(n=68)and observation group(n=70).The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,however,thepatients in observation group were treated by individuation nursing based on iceberg theory.The time of acne remission,and the psychological status(SDS score,SAS score),quality of life(DLQI score)as well as the incidence of adverse events before intervention and at 2 months after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The acne remission time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After 2-month intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the DLQI scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of individuation nursing based on iceberg theory for patients with severe acne is beneficial to shorten the acne remission time,to relieve the negative emotions,and to improve the life quality of patients.
