芪珍胶囊对胃肠恶性肿瘤肺转移的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察芪珍胶囊治疗胃肠恶性肿瘤肺转移癌的疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2019年12月收治的确诊为胃癌及结直肠癌肺转移患者48例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例;同时选取性别年龄匹配的健康对照人群30例作为健康对照组。2组患者均接受化疗,研究组给予芪珍胶囊口服。评价2组治疗效果,检测2组患者治疗前后炎性因子白介素6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平;检测血清白蛋白、转氨酶、肿瘤标志物(CEA、CA19-9)水平。结果研究组近期有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者化疗前血清肿瘤标志物(CEA、CA19-9)水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),其他指标与健康对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗前各指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者各指标均有改变,研究组IL-6、IL-10、CRP、PCT、ALT、AST、CEA、CA19-9水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪珍胶囊对胃肠癌肺转移治疗效果较好,能改善肿瘤及化疗造成的营养不良及应激状态,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Qizhen capsule on gastrointestinal malignant tumor with lung metastasis.Methods A tota lof 48 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor with lung metastasis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 24 patients in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by chemotherapy,on that basis,the patients in research group were given Qizhen capsules orally.The curative effects,and the levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)before and after treatment as well as the serum levels of albumin,transaminase,and tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The short-term effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before chemotherapy the serum levels of tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9)in both groups were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in the levels of the other indxes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,CRP,PCT,ALT,AST,CEA,CA19-9 in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qizhen capsule has better effects in treatment of gastrointestinal cancer with lung metastasis,which can improve the malnutrition and stress state caused by tumor and chemotherapy,and improve the life quality of patients.
