多学科护理模式在椎管肿瘤切除术后的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析多学科护理模式在椎管肿瘤切除术后护理中对患者不良情绪的调节作用及对并发症的预防效果。方法选择2018年7月至2020年7月住院治疗的92例椎管肿瘤切除术患者,随机数字表法分为试验组和参照组,每组46例。参照组采用传统护理,试验组采用多学科护理模式。2组均在出院前1 d评价护理效果,对比2组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、PSQI评分、并发症发生率、术后恢复情况。结果试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、PSQI评分均低于参照组(P<0.05),试验组并发症发生率为4.35%低于参照组的19.57%(P<0.05),试验组留置尿管时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均短于参照组,试验组住院费用低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科护理模式可有效减轻椎管肿瘤切除术患者不良情绪及疼痛感,改善睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary nursing care on patients’unhealthy emotions and its preventive effects on of the complications of patients during nursing after spinal tumor resection.Methods A total of 92 patients with spinal tumor resection who were treated by spinal tumor resection in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by multidisciplinary nursing.The nursing effects at 1 day before discharging from hospital,and the SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,incidence rate of complication,and postoperative recovery indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention the SAS scores,SDS scores,and VAS scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in experimental group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than that(19.57%)in control group(P<0.05).The time of catheter indwelling,the time of first getting out of bed and hospitalization time as well as the cost of hospitalization in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary nursing can effectively relieve the unhealthy mood and pain of patients undergoing spinal tumor resection,decrease the incidence rate of complications,and shorten the length of hospitalization,therefor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
