白色亚光UV木器面漆的配方设计及涂装应用

摘　　要：以环氧丙烯酸酯为主体树脂,讨论了环氧丙烯酸酯、哑粉、蜡粉对亚光白面漆性能的影响,最终获得了木器亚光白色UV面漆的配方设计最佳方案及涂装方法。涂装效果证实,本实验制备的白色UV面漆表面消光效果好、手感好、遮盖力好,有较强的实用价值。The effects of epoxy acrylate,matte powder and wax powder on the properties of matte white topcoat with epoxy acrylate as main resin are discussed.The best formula design of matte white UV wood topcoat and painting method are obtained at last.The painting effect proves that the white UV topcoat prepared in this experiment has good surface matting effect,good hand feel,good hiding power and high practical value.
