摘 要:城市空间格局、道路网络形态及交通需求特征等因素决定了城市快速路网布局和规模。大连市地处辽东半岛南端,呈明显的组团式城市格局且地势多山岭低丘,交通网络格局有别于内陆平原城市,交通方式多元化发展,此背景下城市快速交通地位凸显重要。综合一般性判定要素的同时,融入大连市特有的城市结构特征和多元化交通特点,提出“以形态定格局、以资源定规模”的针对性规划原则,通过“辐射线、区间线、结构线、转换线”等功能定位组合,构建“功能明晰、供需平衡、多元互动”的快速路网络,促进综合交通资源使用效益最大化,丰富和完善城市快速路规划理论与方法,也可供类似城市路网规划参考。The layoutand scale of urban expressway network are determined by the urban spatial pattern,road network form,traffic demand characteristics and other factors.Dalian City is located in the south end of Liaodong Peninsula,and is the obvious cluster city with many mountains and low hilly.Its traffic network pattern is different from the inland plain cities and its traffic mode is the diversified development.Under this background,its status of urban rapid transit is prominent and important.At the same time to synthesize the generalized deciding essentials,the specific urban structural features and diversified traffic characteristics of Dalian are integrated.The targeted planning principle of"making pattern by shape,making scale by resource"is proposed.Through the functional orientation and combination of"radiation line,interval line,structure line and transition line",the expressway network of"clear functions,balance of supply and demand,and multiple interactions"is built in order to maximize the utilization benefit of comprehensive traffic resource,enrich and perfect the planning theory and method f urban expressway,and also provide the reference for the planning of the similar urban road networks.
