低等级通航河道整治工程施工通航安全保障方案研究

摘　　要：近几年来,嘉定区加大了对骨干河道的整治力度,先后综合整治了环城河、练祁河、娄塘河、横沥、盐铁塘和顾浦等河道。上述河道都为低等级航道,即7级航道或等外级航道,在整治工程施工期间必将对过往船只和工程施工船舶带来一定的安全影响。通过对顾浦(省界~鸡鸣塘)综合整治工程施工期间通航安全各种因素进行综合分析,提出针对性的安全保障措施,保障过往船只和工程施工船舶的安全,对今后类似低等级航道施工有一定的借鉴作用。In recent years,the treatment efforts of the trunk river are strengthened in Jiading District.The comprehensive treatments of Round-city River,Lianqi River,Loutang River,Hengli River,Yantietang River and Gupu River are carried out one after another.The above rivers are all the low-grade channels,namely 7-grade channels or the offgrade channels.A certain safety influence on the passing ships and engineering construction vessels will be brought in the construction of treatment projects.Various factors of shipping safety in the construction of Gupu River(provincial boundary-Jimingtang)Comprehensive Treatment Project are analyzed.The targeted safety guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the safety of passing ships and engineering construction vessels,which can be referred for the construction of the similar low-grade channels in the future.
