摘　　要：针对S20公路沪宁沪杭铁路立交桥桥面铺装快速整治工程,综合考虑施工工艺以及工程结构特点,采用粗细2种聚丙烯纤维和2种改性矿物掺合料,检测不同掺量下C50快硬聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度,据此找出最佳组合和掺量,并成功运用于实体工程中。Aiming at the rapid improvement project of the bridge deck pavement of the S20 Highway Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Overpass,the construction technology and engineering structure characteristics are comprehensively considered.Two types of coarse and fine polypropylene fibers and two modified mineral admixtures are used to detect the compressive strengths,splitting tensile strengths and rupture strengths of C50 fast hardening polypropylene fiber concrete with the different mixing amounts.Accordingly,the optimal combination and mixing amount are found out,and are successfully applied in the practical projects.
