摘  要:针对传统的实时仿真器中开关器件采用二值L/C等效模型会由于电感/电容的暂态特性而产生开关暂态误差,这里提出一种改进的二值L/C建模方法,在原方法基础上增加了一次对当前时刻开关状态是否改变的判断。由于本质上仍是二值L/C模型,所以该方法在保证实时仿真精度的同时不会增加仿真器额外的计算负担。最后基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)运用该仿真算法测试了一个实际的电路—Boost变换器,实验结果表明该方法有效改善了开关管电压和电流的暂态误差。In view of the fact that the binary L/C equivalent switching model in traditional real-time simulator will produce transient errors due to the transient characteristics of the inductor/capacitance,an improved binary L/C modeling method is propsed.Based on the method,a judgment on whether the switch state has changed at the current moment is added.Since it is still a binary L/C model in essence,this method will ensure the accuracy of real-time simulation while not increasing the additional computational burden of the simulator.Finally,an actual circuit—Boost converter using the simulation algorithm based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)is tested.Experimental results show that the method effectively improves the transient error of the switch voltage and current.
