摘 要:目的:探讨以体验为导向的护理学硕士研究生教学案例库的建设与应用效果。方法:建设护理学硕士研究生教学案例库,对我院2019级23名护理学研究生实施体验式案例教学,采用自制问卷调查法对体验式案例教学进行效果评价。结果:完成呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统等13个案例主题共30个案例的编写,并完成案例库网络平台搭建,在护理学领域内共享。通过问卷调查,学生对体验式案例教学满意度较高。结论:学生对体验式案例教学满意,有助于提高学习兴趣,促进师生互动,较好加深对专业知识的理解。Objective:To discuss the construction and application effect of an experience-oriented teaching case database for nursing postgraduates.Methods:A teaching case database for nursing postgraduates was constructed,experiential case teaching was implemented for 23 nursing postgraduates of grade 2019 in our school,and a self-made questionnaire survey method was used to evaluate the effect of experiential case teaching.Results:A total of 30 cases compilation was completed in 13 case topics,including the respiratory system,digestive system,and circulatory system,etc,and completed the construction of the online case database platform for sharing in the field of nursing.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that students were more satisfied with experiential case teaching.Conclusions:Students were satisfied with experiential case teaching,which help to increase their interest in learning,promote teacher-student interaction,and better deepen their understanding of professional knowledge.
