摘　　要：在维修液压支架立柱时,针对其结构存在的缺陷,对缸底、缸筒、活柱、外卡键、支撑环等进行了升级改造,加强了缸体、活柱的结构,延长了立柱的使用寿命。分析了液压支架双伸缩立柱结构的优化,并提出了焊接注意事项。The cylinder bottom,cylinder barrel,movable column,external key and support ring was optimized for the defects of structure of the hydraulic support column.The structure of the cylinder body and movable column was strengthened,and the ser-vice life of the column was extended.This paper analyzed the structure optimization of the double telescopic column of the hy-draulic support,and put forward the welding precautions.
