摘  要:供热机组实施旁路联合供热、低压缸零出力供热或旁路联合耦合低压缸零出力供热改造,均可实现供热能力和电出力调节能力的有效提升,并在运行中可实现各个供热模式之间的灵活无扰切换。以一200 MW供热机组为研究对象,建立热力模型,研究4种供热模式对提升机组供热能力和电出力调节能力的影响规律。结果表明:以抽汽供热模式为对比基准,低压缸零出力供热、旁路联合供热、旁路联合耦合低压缸零出力供热改造方案的最大供热负荷分别提升了19.2%,15.7%和35%;定供热量下的电出力调节能力分别提升了18.4%,27.1%和40.8%;定电出力下的供热煤耗分别提升了-2.05 kg/GJ,9.24 kg/GJ和5.62 kg/GJ。建议供热机组根据自身实际情况及电网调峰政策选择最适合的改造方案。The technology of bypass heating system of high and medium pressure cylinder,the zero-output heating retrofit of low-pressure cylinder and HP-LP bypass system coupling with zero-output heating retrofit of low-pressure cylinder can elevate the heating and power-output regulating capacity for cogeneration units.Meanwhile,flexible and seamless switching between the four heating modes can be realized.Taking a 200 MW heating unit as the research object,a thermal model was established to study the influence law of heating and power-output regulating capacity elevation for this four heating modes.The results show that compared with communicating pipe extraction mode,the maximum heating load of the zero-output heating retrofit of low-pressure cylinder,the technology of bypass heating system of high and medium pressure cylinder and HP-LP bypass system coupling with zero-output heating retrofit of low-pressure cylinder increased 19.2%,15.7%and 35%respectively;power-output regulating ca-pacity for fixed heat-load increased 18.4%,27.1%and 40.8%respectively,coal consumption for heating under fixed power output increased-2.05 kg/GJ,9.24 kg/GJ and 5.62 kg/GJ respectively.It is recommended that the most suitable transformation techno-logy for cogeneration unit should be put forward according to its own actual situation and local power grid peak regulation policy.
