摘  要:针对原车载催化型甲烷传感器易燃易中毒、抗震效果差等问题,提出了用激光甲烷传感器替换原有催化传感器,并对其硬件、软件设计进行了深入研究及现场试验。试验结果表明,工业性试验期间安全可靠,未出现误断、错断或不动作等故障,测量误差、标气测量误差波动范围和响应时间误差均控制在设计要求范围之内,满足现场使用要求。Aiming at the problems of flammability,poisoning,and poor anti-vibration effects of the original vehicle-mounted catalytic methane sensor,a laser methane sensor was proposed to replace the original catalytic sensor.This paper studied its hard-ware and software design in depth and conducted field tests.The test results showed that the laser methane sensor was safe and reliable during the industrial test,there were no faults such as false disconnection,misconnection or inaction,and the measure-ment error,the measurement error fluctuation range of the calibration gas and the response time error were all controlled within the design requirements,which met the requirements of on-site use.
