摘 要:为探究某可疑石粉致蛋鸡瘫腿及产生软壳蛋的原因,通过高锰酸钾法、EDTA滴定法和ICP-MS法对可疑石粉化学成分进行分析,并开展动物试验验证。试验选取海兰褐蛋鸡,采用单因素法,添加不同水平的硫酸镁。可疑石粉中镁含量高达9.74%,且饲粮中高镁含量可明显造成蛋壳强度下降,可疑石粉的高镁含量,是造成蛋鸡产软壳蛋的主要原因。In order to explore the causes of soft-shelled eggs and paralyzed legs in laying hens by a cer⁃tain questionable stone powder,the chemical composition of the questionable stone powder was analyzed by potassium permanganate method,EDTA titration method and ICP-MS method,and animal experiment verification was carried out.In the experiment,Hyline brown laying hens were selected,and the single factor method was used to add different levels of magnesium sulfate.The magnesium content in the ques⁃tionable stone powder was as high as 9.74%,and the high magnesium content in the diet could signifi⁃cantly reduce the strength of the eggshell.The high magnesium content of the questionable stone powder was the main reason for laying soft-shelled eggs.
