摘  要:试验研究了胡椒枝叶及果实对仔猪生长性能和肠道发育的影响。选择72头杜洛克×(巴克夏×屯昌猪)三元仔猪,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加1%的胡椒枝叶及果实。试验周期35 d。结果显示日粮中添加胡椒枝叶及果实能明显改善仔猪的生产性能,与对照组相比,试验组日增重分别提高26.5%、17.9%,料重比降低16.6%、8.9%;试验组腹泻率分别降低51.9%、48.1%;胡椒枝叶及果实能够不同程度提高仔猪十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒隐比,改善小肠绒毛和隐窝发育,从而促进仔猪生长。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of branches,leaves and fruits of pep⁃per on growth performance and intestinal develop⁃ment of piglets.A total of 72 piglets were random⁃ly divided into three groups with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the ex⁃perimental group was added with 1%branches,leaves and fruits of pepper respectively.The test period was 35 days.The results showed that the growth performance of piglets was significantly improved by adding branches,leaves and fruits of pepper.Compared with the control group,the daily gain of the experimental group was increased by 26.5%,17.9%and the feed to weight ratio was decreased by 16.6%and 8.9%respectively;the diarrhea rate of the experimental group was reduced by 51.9%and 48.1%,re⁃spectively;in conclusion,the branches,leaves and fruits of pepper could improve the ratio of of villus height to crypt depth of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of piglets,and improve development of small in⁃testinal villi and crypts.promoted the growth performance of piglets.
